Reservations made online are not guaranteed until you have received a confirmation from Destination NORTHWEST. To request reservations with less than 24 hours advance notice, please call our offices directly at (206) 786-4000. A valid credit card is required when booking a reservation.
Destination NORTHWEST maintains a non smoking policy for all their vehicles.
Cancellation Policy
Airport Service - A cancellation fee equal to the proposed trip cost for any cancellation made less than 6 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Customers are encouraged to inform Destination NORTHWEST of cancellations as early as possible.
Limousine Service - All limousine services have been guaranteed with a non-refundable deposit, therefore all cancellations will result in the loss of the required deposit.
No-Show Fee - A no-show fee equal to the trip cost plus applicable waiting time will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location. In order to avoid this charge, passengers should not leave designated locations without first notifying Destination NORTHWEST (206) 786-4000.
Destination NORTHWEST shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including weather, road conditions or breakdowns. Destination NORTHWEST assumes not responsibility for lost or damaged baggage or personal belongings, nor for any items left in the vehicle. All rates are subject to change without notice.
Damages - Beverage glasses, DVD players, light fixtures, and other things are for customer use. However if you break it you will be charged replacement value.
Lost and found - If you leave items behind and we find them we will contact you. If we do not find an item that you claim is missing we are not responsible for loss of item.
Data collection
Tracking software is used to analyze traffic to this web site. This software does not create individual profiles for visitors. Unlike some tracking services this tracking does not have a database of individual profiles for each visitor. It only collects aggregate data.
